• Vacation Bible School will run from June 11-15 from 6pm-8pm. Registration forms will be available after all Masses and from the office during the week. The registration fee is $5 per child. Registrations will remain open until June 10.
  The theme this year is "The Vatican Express with St. Jerome." Children will learn all about the Holy Father, St. Peter's Basilica, St. Peter's Square, the Sistine Chapel, the Swiss Guard, Michelangelo, Children's Eucharistic Adoration and more...
• Daily Mass will not be celebrated on May 29, 30, or 31. There will be no adoration on Tuesday, May 29. Additionally, the First Saturday Mass will not be celebrated on June 2.
• The office will be closed on Monday, May 28 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.
• We will have Eucharistic Adoration on Pentecost Sunday from 2:30pm-8:00pm. Please consider coming by and spending some time with our Lord.
• On May 22, The Knights of Columbus of John Ivey Smith Council will participate in a North American effort paying special tribute to Our Lady of Guadalupe, Patroness of the Americas through the Our Lady of Guadalupe Silver Rose Run – One, Life, One Rose program. It involves running three Silver Roses from Ontario through the U.S. to Monterrey, Mexico. At each stop, a special prayer service honoring Our Lady of Guadalupe will be celebrated. The prayer service will begin immediately after the Tuesday evening Mass.
• Each Friday morning from 7:30-8:45 we have Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in the chapel for the students of PJPII High School. Please consider coming by to spend some time in Adoration before work.
• Father Michael will be offering another Little Rock Scripture Study on the Book of Exodus. Classes will begin on June 17 at 2:30 in Spanish and June 21 at 10am and 7pm in English. A sign-up sheet will be available in the Atrium in the coming weeks.
• Every First Friday we have 24 Hour Adoration in the chapel beginning at 9:30am concluding with the First Saturday Mass at 9:00am. Can you come and keep watch for just one hour?
• The St. Gabriel Social Club is starting a prayer shawl knitting group. The group will meet every second Wednesday of the month from 10-12. Anyone with knitting or crocheting experience is welcome to join! The next meeting will be on June 13.
• If you would like to schedule a Mass Intention or the Sanctuary Lamp for any date in 2012, please contact Bryan.
• If you need to use the parish facilities for any reason, please call the office and schedule your time and date with Bryan. Thank you!
• The St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother Rosary Group is open to all parishioners. The group meets every Thursday evening in the Chapel at 7pm. All are welcome. Questions? Contact Dick Rankin.
